Park life

After the zoo we, er, swung (sorry!) by the park again. A full day, Millie slept well that night!

Bear behind

We went to Lincoln Park Zoo yesterday with Auntie Lucy, who's staying with us this week. It was a great day out and Millie loved seeing all the animals. She tried waving to a few animals, it was worth a shot, but none waved back.

Millie loved watching this polar bear swim around. We could not get her to turn around for the photo - understandable really!

Toys toys toys!

Millie has so many lovely toys now. She's starting to know their names and really likes to take them all out of the toy box. Maybe one day she'll enjoy putting them all back in again.

In the swing of things

The warmer weather saw us popping down to Seneca Park. There's a great little play area for kids. We'd thought that it would be a few years before Millie could play there, but were pleased to find that she could fit in the swings just fine. She wasn't sure at first, but soon got in to the, er, swing of things, waving and clapping as she went.

Lovely ladies

We were very lucky to have Prema come and brave the chilly chicago spring temperature and stay with us for a week. It was great to catch up and we all miss her now she's gone back to England to defrost.

Love Bug

This T-Shirt was a present from Florida from G & G Foemmel. It brought the sunshine to Chicago!

We're back!

It's been too long. But now we're back. Here's a picture showing Millie's recent developments - her two bottom teeth!

I think I just felt a top tooth too!
